Alcohol & drugs.
Drinks or drugs to the event they will not be allowed to stay for the duration of the night and will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Due
to restrictions at our locations pregnant women are not allowed on any of our public ghost hunt events.
Smoking & fire hazards.
We only permit smoking in specified outdoor zones and we will inform you of these at the beginning of each investigation. Please also ensure that
no candles or other potential fire hazards are used during your stay.
Behaviour.
We would remind all guests that all Investigations by their nature can be quite reserved affairs as well as being fun. Therefore we request that if
you are thinking of joining us as a group that’s up for a laugh or as
a stag / hen party then you carefully consider whether it is an event for yourselves? Disruptive behaviour is not tolerated out of fairness to our
guests. Throughout the investigation you and your party will act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else, any animal,
effect of the property etc. We now operate a rule where you will be escorted from the premises.
Legal.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify the organisers / promoters from and against all legal liability in respect of any
costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death
of any person, or damage to any property arising from your participation in the chosen investigation activity.
Cancelled, postponed investigations.
Rarely, ghost investigations are cancelled or postponed by From Beyond Investigations due to weather conditions or situations out of our control.
When this occurs, From Beyond Investigations will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of payment. If the investigation is
moved or re-scheduled, From Beyond Investigations may set refund limitations. Any expenses including travel incurred due to the cancellation of a
investigation will not be refunded.
Our staff and consultants.
Our consultants are professional consultants: however any and all statements made utilising our consultants are the sole opinion of the individual
consultant and do not reflect the opinions or policies, stated or otherwise, of From Beyond Investigations. No
perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by our employees, psychics,mediums or clairvoyants should be interpreted
as factual or actual. You, the Customer, are responsible for making your own decisions and it is understood that when our employees, psychics,
mediums and clairvoyants suggest something to you, it is an opinion of the consultant, and should NOT be interpreted as the only course of action.
Outdoor weather conditions.
Any event due to take place wholly or partially in the open air / outside could be affected by unsuitable/adverse weather conditions. In this case,
From Beyond Investigations reserves the right to relocate the event / course to an area which is undercover. In most cases all investigations take
place and it is your responsibility to bring suitable clothing to match the weather conditions for the time.
Guarantees.
From Beyond Investigations team have on occasion witnessed and recorded paranormal activity in various locations though we cannot guarantee
that paranormal activity will take place on the night you stay, but so far to date, our ghosts / spirits haven’t disappointed us. We accept no
responsibility if you have to change clothing after a sighting or incident!
Entertainment.
You agree that any and all services from From Beyond Investigations are for entertainment purposes. Though we always endeavour to give you
the best experience possible we can never guarantee the behaviour of the unknown and thus we cannot make any guarantees about the validity
and truth behind your experiences. However, we do guarantee that all events are organised with a scientific outlook and are conducted under
controlled conditions at all times.

All investigation bookings made through From Beyond Investigations means your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions in full.
